Chris and Russelle are a down-to-earth, sweet duo that made us feel very comfortable on our wedding day. It felt more like friends rather than strangers shooting our wedding. We had actually used them a year earlier for our civil ceremony and liked their work so much we called them back for our big wedding day.
We set up a meeting a few months before the wedding day to talk through the draft schedule so they could plan out their shooting schedule, and sent them the final schedule a couple weeks prior and it worked out well. Chris and Russelle worked hard from early morning to night to capture every important moment (we had getting ready pics first, then a traditional Chinese tea ceremony in the morning, our portraits in the afternoon, then our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at night).
They were professional while still feeling warm, and balanced directing us with what was needed for photos without it feeling scripted. Key thing is they really make you feel comfortable.
